The introduction to this golf fitness  course is a one day 3 hour interactive  and instructional workshop that will  include a physical assessment, video  capture swing analysis, advice to  improve swing efficiency and power  loss, a personalized exercise plan to  effect weaknesses identified during the  physical assessment and practice time.
